For just over a year now, the law firm Goethe Avocats has been working to defend clients who are victims of the so-called “Humania” case.
The press has reported on these efforts, and legal proceedings are now underway (see the press section).
We have intervened on behalf of nearly 200 investors in the ongoing proceedings before the Montpellier Regional Court to seek a ruling against the insurer and, in the alternative, against Humania and its broker.
The firm is continuing its efforts, and the group is growing. It now represents nearly 600 cases involving investor clients in this extensive matter.
The fight continues, and Goethe Avocats is more committed than ever to defending those who purchased Humania products.
